WB-SL series draw bending flattener control systems is researched and developed for draw bending flattener technics. It adopts Siemens S7-300 programmable control system, total digital direct current drive equipment and HMI intelligent terminal unit.

     The whole system adopts PROFIBUS industrial LAN to connect with programmable controller, console and drive cabinet. It improves the system control level and reliability, realizing running without maintenance, shortening periods of fixing and commissioning, and then lowing project cost.
