Introduction
WB-CGL-A series galvanizing line control system is researched and developed on solvent method, reduction method zincification technics. It adopts Siemens S7-300 programmable control system, 6RA70 direct current drive device, OP37 intelligent operating unit.
The whole system adopts PROFIBUS industrial LAN to connect with programmable control equipment, console, drive cabinet and so on. It improves the system control level and reliability, realizing running without maintenance, shortening periods of fixing and commissioning, and then lowing project cost.
The system has the characteristic of simple structure??easy operation, dynamically displaying the parameters during the process of operation, modularizing the design of software and hardware.
