WB-AD auto drilling control system consists of constant WOB control, constant penetration speed control and traveling block position control with high WOB precision and stably running. Based on the modern control and intelligent control theory, the system can make drilling process automatic according to the multi-variables, time changeable, strong interference and time delay of controlled object, adopting self-learning control method to realize self-correcting of specification and optimizing WOB control process. The system has seen awarded Government New-product Certificate.
